Mission Statement
The Office of Student Life is a student-centered office dedicated to individual and organizational growth and development. The Office empowers all Dalton State College students by providing opportunities to continue learning outside of the classroom through diverse, community-centered, and transition-based activities. Statement of Ethical Practice
Staff members of the Office of Student Life at Dalton State College pledge to do the following:
- We hold ourselves and our students to high standards of integrity and excellence.
- We commit to lifelong learning in the field of higher education to better serve our campus.
- We use fairness and equity in decision making.
- We consider student input paramount in stewardship of student generated fees.
- We provide open and inclusive involvement opportunities to all students.
- We respect the confidentiality of students by adhering to federal and state laws and campus policies.
